The challenges each pastor faces is different. The report given in Prague brings to light the various challenges generally presenting themselves in our various BWA regions. Is there hope for us? Reports can useful, but often lead to the question, "so what?"
So, what do we do? How do we respond? Do we cry "woe is me?" or do we find ways to be the Body of Christ together and perhaps learn from each other? I think, as regions and as individuals, we ought to be able to offer each other insight from our experiences, but even more importantly encounter the grace of Christ in and through one another as we share the challenges we face -- as we are family for each other.
Any ideas of how we can do this?
